Suneus Rosé 2013


100% Merlot selected grapes. From the 2012, it has been produced 1200 bottles.

Wine-making. Made in stainless steel tanks between1500 and 2000 litres. We select the yeast and control the fermentation temperature.

Aging. Part of the wine has been aged in oak cherry barrels for 3 months and has had a bottle aging from 3 to 6 months.

Tasting note.Ruby red color. Unctuous in the glass. Fresh and fruity in nose, with hints of strawberry and cherry, aromas with anise and balsamic herbs background. Once in mouth is fresh, sweet, wide, well balanced and persistent, with a noble and elegant expression.

Punctuations. Suneus Rosé 2012 has not yet been included in any wine guide because of its recent market entry. However, it provide good scores.
