Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 1,500 to 2,000 liters for 20 days at 16ºC. Yeast selection and controlled fermentation temperature.
Bright greenish yellow color. In fruity and fresh nose, citrus, with memories of white fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced and persistent.
