Preparation of each variety in stainless steel tanks of 1,500 to 2,000 liters. Selection of yeasts and controlled fermentation temperature for each variety that is made independently. Combination of pigeage and comebacks.
Aged for 6 months of French and American oak. Minimum clarification, stabilization and filtration processes. Rest in bottle 3-6 months.
Intense violet cherry color. On the nose, very fruity and with strong memories of jams, licorice, rose, redcurrant, plums and raspberries. On the palate is broad, sweet, fresh and elegant.
