White Grenache (100%). From the 2018 vintage 3,000 bottles have been produced.
Grapes from different farms over 50 years old. Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg and vineyard selection.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 1,500 to 2,000 liters for 20 days at 16ºC. Yeast selection and controlled fermentation temperature.
Aging on lees. 3 months of aging on lees. Rest in bottle 3 months. Aging of 2 months of part of the wine in French oak barrels of 300 L.
Greenish yellow color. Oily in the cup. On a fruity and fresh nose, with memories of white fruit (melon and pear), white flowers and a background of aromatic herbs (rosemary, thyme and fennel). In the mouth it is fresh, sweet, broad, balanced and persistent with expression of ripe and varietal fruit.
